Join us as part of our fantastic team of leaders. We come from all over the country and many different backgrounds but with the same desire to see young people grow to love Jesus.

The Team

We have a team of over 50 leaders serving across both Junior and Senior. The leaders are a superb team of committed Christians, many of whom have been involved for 10-15years. A mix of full-time church staff, teachers, students, workers and families who return year after year, eager to see young people grow to love Jesus and have a great time. 

The Person

We’re looking for those who have a close walk with the Lord Jesus and a eagerness to serve him. You don’t need to be perfect and leaders will testify that Kingham is a place where they have grown massively in their faith. They’ll be lots of opportunities to uses your gifts as well as grow in confidence in others.

Dates: 9th-16th August 2025

Location: Kingham Hill School, Chipping Norton, OX7 6TH

Training: 6th-7th June 2025 (Moulton, Northamptonshire)

Cost: Members pay £377. We ask leaders to donate what they can towards the full cost.

Assistant Leaders Programme

We also have a team of students and young adults who support the leaders by  serving in a range of practical ways and running tonnes of games and activities. They also receive their own teaching programme aimed at equipping them to live for Christ and developing as leaders. If you’re not sure you’re ready to be a leader then the Assistant Leader programme might be for you.
